Terms of Use

The app is intended for people aged 16 and over. You use it for yourself, not for business.

Your account is yours and there is nobody to lend it to — pairing with a partner is not the same as sharing an account. You are responsible for what you write or upload in the app.

Most features only make sense for two, so they require two paired accounts. A pair can be separated; content created together is then closed into the archive.

Because that content is encrypted with the couple key, we cannot restore it for you, release it to one of you without the other, or hand it over on request. This is not a policy — we simply do not have the key.

The core app is free and funded by advertising. Some cosmetic items, and restoring a relationship after a break-up, may be paid as a one-off purchase.

Purchases are handled by the App Store or Google Play under their own rules, so refunds and complaints go through them.

The app shows advertising. We do not control which specific ad appears, and we pass nothing from inside the app to the ad system. How advertising relates to your privacy is described in the privacy policy.

We do our best to keep the app running, but we do not promise uninterrupted service — it also depends on third-party services and on the app stores.

We are not liable for lost profit or indirect damage. That an anniversary reminder reaches you is guaranteed only within what the operating system and Apple’s and Google’s delivery services allow.

The app, its name, artwork and code are ours. The content you create in the app is yours — and we have no key to it anyway.

We may amend these terms; significant changes are announced in the app. The relationship is governed by the law of the Czech Republic.
